Create User Request

POST 
/createUserRequest

This API call can be used for creating update/create user request in the EIC.

The Authorization must have Bearer followed by Token.

Optional params:

statuskey - Values:1/0, 0 - Inactive, 1 - Active

User params can be passed. Example: email, manager, username, firstname, lastname, preferedFirstName, customproperty<1 to 40>

Roles- Specifies the rolename (#### separated) that will be assigned to the newly created user
